I have worked in the newspaper space for several years now, helping create both print editions and digital stories for the web. Through these positions, I have developed skills such as writing tightly, building trust and forming connections with sources hesitant about the press, photography, and editing with a team.

Overview:
At The Oglethorpe Echo, I worked as an agriculture and environment reporter. I researched, interviewed, wrote, and photographed/videoed stories for digital and print publication. I also served as a digital producer and editor, posting to Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook and coordinating posting schedules across platforms to maximize reach.
